Mrs. Carrie Mitchell, Director of Bands

Mrs. Carrie Mitchell is currently in her thirteenth year of teaching and her first year as Director of Bands at Tennessee High School in Bristol. Her duties are directing the marching band, symphonic band, jazz ensemble, percussion ensemble, and AP Music Theory.
