Mr. Spencer Finch is currently the director of bands at Vance Middle School. He also assists with the bands at Tennessee High School and the Elementary Schools located within Bristol, TN.

Before his current position at Vance, Mr. Finch directed bands at Sullivan East High School in Bluff City, TN from 2006 to 2017. Prior to that, he taught at George Washington Community School in Indianapolis, IN from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Finch holds a Masters of Music from the American Band College. He received his Bachelors of Music from Brigham Young University. His main instrument is the trombone.

Mr. Finch resides in Bristol, TN with his wife and 7 children.
